• Device & usage: app version, device type, diagnostics, crash logs.
• Apple Health (optional): if you enable it, we may read/write workout‑related data (e.g., workouts, energy burned). Manage access in Apple Health settings.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the app: sync data across devices; power analytics, recovery metrics, and training insights; maintain security and performance.
• Customer support and communication.
• Subscriptions and billing via Apple.
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that process it on our behalf (e.g., Firebase by Google; Apple services such as App Store / StoreKit) and as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access, update, delete: contact us to access or delete your account data.
• Health data permissions: manage in Apple Health > Sources > FuzeLabs.
• Opt‑out of non‑essential communications (if any) via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections.

Third‑Party Disclosures

• Apple (Apple Inc.): authentication, in‑app purchases, TestFlight — Privacy

Apple Health Notice

If you enable Apple Health, we only access categories you allow and use them to populate workouts, recovery insights, and analytics within the app. We do not use Health data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
